Mental and Physical Disable Parking
| Under Article 11 of “The regulation of Tainan City Public Parking Management”, Mental and Physical Disable people can park on any regular parking space for free charge. |

Tainan City residence: Please bring your Mental and Physical Disable Handbook, vehicle license and driver’s license (both original documentation and Xerox copy), and one 1” photograph to The Department of Public Parking Management to apply for Mental and
Physical Disable Free Parking Permit. |

Other city residence: Please place the Mental and Physical Disable Handbook, vehicle license and driver’s license on a visible spot of the windshield to receive the free charge preference. Parking manager can not place charge on the car if all above mentioned
documentation have been provided. Parking payment slip must be taken back if miss placed. Parking manager refuse to do so will be disciplined after relative investigation. |
